Kyler's Baptism

We had Kyler's Baptism on Saturday. It was really nice. He was such a good boy. I put on his little outfit and he spit up on it right away though. Oh well, at least it was white and didn't come from the other end!! We were so worried he was going to have a messy diaper when he was in his little white outfit. Phew!! He fussed a little bit before the Holy Water was splashed on his head, but not during. I guess all of the practicing in the bathtub helped. =)

Everyone came over to our house afterwards. It was fun. I think everyone had a good time. I know we did. Kyler was a little bit fussy though. There was too much going on and he didn't want to take a nap. I think he got over tired. It was really nice seeing so many family members. I wish I would've been able to talk more with everyone, but I was trying to take care of Kyler and keep everything moving with food, cake and presents.

This coming weekend we're going up to Green Bay to see my family. Only my grandparents on my Mom's side and Kyler's Godfather, my cousin Bill came from my family to Kyler's Baptism. We didn't expect everyone to come stay in a hotel, so we told them we'd visit so they can meet Kyler. It'll be good to see all of my relatives. Hopefully Kyler will sleep most of the 3 hour drive.

I think Kyler has a new favorite toy. He still loves his little bear lovie, but he gets so excited when he sees his new lamb that says, "God Bless Kyler" from my In-Laws. I had to take a picture, so I added it below. He's been having so much fun with his lamb. He was holding it and decided to roll over. It didn't work the first time, so he tried again and rolled on top of it and then stuck it's nose in his mouth. It was so cute.
